Night Owl – Allegra Fleming

Allegra Fleming was born in China and adopted at just under the age of one. She has lived in England ever since, and considers herself British, American, and Chinese. Her mother is American, and her father is from Northern Ireland. She has one sister, who was the winner of the 14-18 category in 2017. Allegra is also writing a novel in her spare time. The Flemings are quite the bookish family!
