Frankenstein in India – Linda Shanson

Linda is an artist and producer. She has a BSc. Anthropology and lived and worked in Mexico, India and Paris, and some of her writing has been published by Mantra and Macdonald Young Reader. One of her songs was published by Northern Songs when she was 13, and she has several albums with Jazz Orient-Re-Orient on ARC Int. She is co-founder of the registered charity Baluji Music Foundation and manager of UK’s only blind orchestra called The Inner Vision Orchestra.  Her experiences as anthropologist, singer, dancer, poet, and songwriter, has given her a unique set of experiences to draw on.

Allegra Fleming was born in China and adopted at just under the age of one. She has lived in England ever since, and considers herself British, American, and Chinese. Her mother is American, and her father is from Northern Ireland. She has one sister, who was the winner of the 14-18 category in 2017. Allegra is also writing a novel in her spare time.
