20 in 15 is a behind the scenes look at the lives of twenty different artists, their creative processes and working environments. The project evolved from the thriving arts community in Carshalton but ultimately expanded to locations around the UK and France. Observing artists as they work, Bills documentary approach gives an insight into what it takes to live and work as a creative person.
